30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn and unused.

  • With all original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@luxekeyjewelry.com. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (including all stud earrings and hoops).

  • Sale items or items purchased with a clearance discount.

  • Gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at hello@luxekeyjewelry.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must still meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
